What is the return:

What are the conditions for return?

Return of products is accepted in the following cases:

- The product must be unused or exposed to any damage or dirt.

- That the product is not partially or completely damaged, or has had its serial numbers, stickers, or any missing accessories removed.

- That the product be returned in the same original condition in which it was received, and this includes the presence of the original carton of the producing company and the presence of the carton carrying the original carton, with their sealing tightly before delivery to the shipping company.

The return process is completely free and does not require any fees from the customer

The shipment has been delivered to the shipping company's branch in my area, how can I verify that you have received it?

You can track your shipment via the shipment tracking number on the return voucher sent to your email.

You have received my shipment to be replaced from the shipping company, can you resend it to me?

We are unable to resend the replaced shipments, as they will be processed and the amount will be added to your account balance, so that you can return the order again.

If the product has been used or partially damaged, can I return it?

We apologize for this, used or partially damaged products cannot be returned
